I just checked out the last time this story was reported. It's the same guy. He jumped
up in the middle of a sentence, yelled out his name and that he was running against AOC
for Congress. The crowd started booing him but he just kept yelling. And they kept
booing.

This story is one guy trying to get some free publicity for his congressional run.
